The goal of the course is to improve your performance. To measure your improvement, let's start with a baseline. Follow the directions below to create your baseline video.


Imagine you are on the phone with a prospect and they've just asked you: "So what does your company do?"

Provide a brief( 30 -45 seconds) response and end with a question back to the prospect.
